Mabuhay, Mon Amour!

My friend Roshel, an island girl from Romblon, Philippines, asked me to film her wedding in France. Her fiancé, Nicolas, a trucking business owner, was the perfect match for this unforgettable celebration. I was thrilled to capture how their two cultures blended into a spectacular fusion of love, friendship, and respect. What made this wedding truly one of a kind? Hundreds of trucker friends from neighboring towns joined in, turning it into an epic celebration like no other.

Seaside Vows

When my friend was the groom’s best man, he recommended me and there was no way I could say no to this project! This was one of the biggest weddings I’ve ever filmed, set in a stunning location in northern Germany—the port of Bremerhaven, then a luxurious farm with exquisite catering and a beautifully charming church. Everything was impeccably organized, and the couple truly went all out to make it unforgettable. I had an amazing time, especially witnessing the joy of two families coming together and getting to know each other!

Timeless Romance

Despite numerous last-minute cancellations due to staff and crew members testing positive for COVID, the couple remained resilient and refused to let it dampen their special day. I stepped in for a friend just a day before and took on the challenge of producing this wedding video from start to finish. In the end, everything came together beautifully—everyone was happy, the weather was perfect, and we celebrated love right in the heart of Berlin’s summer in Tiergarten.

Farmhouse Fairytale

This wedding took place at one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever filmed. Marc’s dad owns a stunning farmhouse just 45 minutes from Berlin, providing the perfect rustic yet elegant backdrop. Adding to the magic, Marc’s family runs a restaurant business—so, of course, the catering was absolutely incredible!

Sophie, on the other hand, comes from the small town of Wolfenbüttel, famously known as the birthplace of Jägermeister. Naturally, this had to be part of the celebration! To honor her hometown, they transformed part of the barn into their own cozy pub, aptly named ‘Wolfenbüttler Eck.’”

Schule, Sevda, Soulmate

I had the honor of filming a one-of-a-kind wedding, where German and Turkish cultures beautifully intertwined. Mesut and Sandra, both dedicated teachers, met in Germany through their shared passion for educating young minds.

Mesut was eager for his large, vibrant Turkish family to meet Sandra’s more reserved, tradition-conscious German family. He playfully warned her about their passionate and expressive celebrations. What unfolded was a heartwarming fusion of cultures—guests embraced the differences, shared laughter over diverse culinary delights, learned each other’s dances, and even picked up bits of each other’s languages. It was a true celebration of love, unity, and cultural harmony.

Lotus & Hibiscus

This wedding was truly special—a beautiful fusion of Korean and Vietnamese traditions. Jeong Han, an old friend from school, tying the knot was such a heartwarming moment to witness. His bride, Nga, is an incredible person who put so much love and effort into making this day unforgettable.

Not only did I have the honor of filming their wedding, but I was also treated as a guest, which made the experience even more meaningful. Despite the rain preventing any drone shots, the final video turned out great, and most importantly, everyone was beyond happy!

Composed in Love

Another beautiful multicultural wedding—this time, celebrating the love of my best friend’s parents. Both are professional musicians at a musical theatre in Berlin, which is also where their story began.

Anna, originally from Russia, migrated to Berlin in search of a better life, leaving behind the struggles of her homeland. Greg, an American with a deep passion for string instruments, moved to Berlin for work and found not just a career, but a lifelong partner.

Now in their mid-forties and together for over a decade, marriage was never a priority for them—until they decided to turn what was supposed to be just another big party into a wedding. Because why not?

Seeing them take this step reminded me that love doesn’t have to be new to be strong. It can deepen over time, shaped by experience, challenges, and an unshakable bond. And weddings? They don’t always have to mark the beginning of a journey; sometimes, they’re the perfect way to celebrate a love story already well underway.

Corazón & Hayat

This is what happens when Mexican and Turkish cultures unite to celebrate love, partnership, and respect. I loved how the program was uniquely creative, breaking away from tradition. The true highlights? The incredible food, the vibrant cultural dances, and the amazing musicians who brought the celebration to life.
