MOUNTAINS NEVER MEET – Free Full Documentary

Four years ago, my friend Arseny and I left the video production company we co-founded, seeking creative fulfillment. Searching for a documentary idea, we stumbled upon my dad, Dietrich—a quirky, endlessly talkative man with wild stories, including one about a monk saving his life in the Himalayas.

Doubtful but intrigued, we investigated and, against all odds, found someone matching the description. Instead of verifying first, we embraced the mystery and convinced my dad to embark on one more adventure.

Editing took a year, but distributing the film felt like a grind. In the end, we decided to release it freely—our passion project, self-funded and made to be shared. If you enjoy it, that’s all we ever wanted. And if you love it, sharing it would mean the world.
